Delivery Time: 5-7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Express Shipping: Cost $15 flat rate.
Delivery Time: 2-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

International Shipping: Cost Calculated at checkout based on the delivery address.
Delivery Time: 7-14 business days (depending on the location and customs processing times).
Please note: Delivery times may vary based on location, holidays, or unexpected delays in transit.

2. Order Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after they are placed.
You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been processed, along with tracking information so you can monitor your package’s journey.

3. Shipping Restrictions
We currently ship to most countries worldwide; however, some locations may have restrictions due to customs regulations. If your location is not available at checkout, please contact our customer service team for assistance.
P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO Addresses: Unfortunately, we cannot ship to P.O. boxes or military addresses at this time. Please provide a physical address for delivery.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number and a link to track your package. You can also track your order directly through your account on our website. If you have any trouble locating your package or need further assistance, please contact our customer service team.

5. Lost or Damaged Packages
