Return & Refund Policy

At Ventori Club, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you’re not happy with your order, we’re here to help. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully to understand your rights and options.

Returns
We accept returns for most items within 30 days of the purchase date. To be eligible for a return, please ensure the following:

  • The item is unused, unworn, and in its original condition.
  • All tags, labels, and packaging must be intact and included.
  • Certain items, such as final sale items, intimate wear, and customized products, are non-returnable for hygiene and personalization reasons.

If your item meets these criteria, please follow the steps below to initiate a return:

  • Contact Our Support Team: Email our customer service at support@ventoriclub.com with your order number and reason for return.
  • Receive Return Instructions: Our team will provide you with detailed instructions on how to return your item and any necessary labels if applicable.

Ship the Item Back: Once you’ve received the instructions, ship the item back to us using a traceable shipping method. Please note that the cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the item received is damaged or incorrect.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, the refund will be processed as follows:

  • The refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.

Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, and any promotional discounts applied during your purchase will also be deducted from the refund amount.

Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact our customer service team at support@ventoriclub.com. We’ll be happy to assist you with finding the right replacement, provided the item is available. Please note that exchanges follow the same process as returns.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or incorrect, please reach out to us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund, including shipping costs, once the issue is confirmed.

Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Intimate wear (e.g., underwear, swimwear)
  • Final sale items and products marked as non-returnable at the time of purchase
  • Customized or personalized products
  • Late or Missing Refunds
